Project Management. Under this umbrella are Project Managers, Site Construction
Managers, Designers, Engineers, Testing Personnel, Estimators, Schedulers, Site
Supervisors and Installation Crews. Each of these positions is filled by experienced
professionals specifically trained in their individual disciplines and particularly
dedicated to the success of your project.

- Estimating
Complete and accurate estimates are prepared rapidly using digitizers and an advanced database developed by KEC Co, Ltd specifically for cleanroom projects.
- CPM Scheduling
CPM scheduling is a factor in successful projects. KEC utilizes Micro-soft Project as scheduling tool.
- Quality Control
In each step of the process, from design and procurement through installation, our Project Managers monitor and verify that project specifications are met and that established installation procedures are followed.
