Open Plenum type Cleanroom is alternative solution to FFU type for cost effect , easy installation and monitoring.

But in this type Cleanroom the pressure of the plenum is higher than inside , which might result in particle leakage if damage occurs on the sealing parts.

    Cleanroom ceiling grid consists of aluminum profiles on which ceiling components are installed such as FFU, Blind Panel, Lighting, Eyelid and etc.
  • Fan Tower  Monitoring system
    Monitoring Fan Tower circulating the air flow around Fab.
  • ULPA / HEPA Filter
    Depending on the cleanliness , choose ULPA or HEPA filter.
  • Blind Panel
    Installed on the ceiling grid alternatively to FFUs depending on Cleanroom lay out and cleanliness.
  • Gel
    Applied into the slot of the ceiling grid profile to keep air tightness.
  • Tear Drop Lighting
    Designed to allow  the maximum laminar air flow passing by itself.
  • Dry Coil
