installed just on the ceiling ,the air pressure inside of Cleanroom is positive relatively
to the plenum, which prevent particles from leaking into the cleanroom. And when FFU and
Filter need to be replaced for maintenance or changing lay out, this type cleanroom is
quite safe against being contaminated. |

- Aluminum Profile for Ceiling Grid
Cleanroom ceiling grid consists of aluminum profiles on which
ceiling components are installed such as FFU, Blind Panel, Lighting, Eyelid and etc.
- Local Control Unit ( LCU )
Installed on the each FFUs, On/Off FFUs and send error signal
to Monitoring system.
- Multi Control Unit ( MCU )
Make LCUs as Groups and relay them to HCU.
- FFU Monitoring system ( HCU )
Monitoring FFUs running through MCU and LCU.
- ULPA / HEPA Filter
Depending on the cleanliness , choose ULPA or HEPA filter.
- Blind Panel
Installed on the ceiling grid alternatively to FFUs depending
on Cleanroom lay out and cleanliness.
- Tear Drop Lighting
Designed to allow the maximum laminar air flow passing
by itself.
- Dry Coil
Controlling the temperature and the humidity
- Eyelid
A kind of anti-static plastic plate deriving the laminar air
flow.
